The Fighting From Concealment – 2 Day Course is an intensive, performance-driven program designed to develop a shooter’s ability to efficiently deploy and fight with a concealed firearm in real-world conditions. This course goes beyond traditional square-range fundamentals and focuses on practical application, emphasizing speed, accountability, and decision-making under pressure. Students will work through drawing from concealment, building first-shot speed, managing recoil at pace, and transitioning between targets while maintaining control and precision. Instruction also covers shooting on the move, entering and exiting positions, reloads, malfunction management, and the effective use of cover, all while reinforcing strong visual processing and human performance principles.

Throughout the two days, students will be challenged to operate at higher speeds than they may be accustomed to, forcing adaptation and improving their ability to perform under stress. The course is designed for armed citizens, law enforcement officers, military personnel, and competitive shooters who want to bridge the gap between range shooting and real-world application. Students should arrive with a solid foundation in firearms safety and be capable of safely drawing from a holster. Required gear includes a reliable handgun, a concealment holster, a concealment garment, a minimum of three magazines (five recommended), a quality belt, eye and ear protection, and weather-appropriate clothing, along with hydration and snacks. Optional but recommended items include a weapon-mounted or handheld light, knee pads, and note-taking materials. Students should plan for approximately 500 rounds per day, for a total of around 1,000 rounds over the duration of the course. By the end of training, participants will have the confidence and capability to deploy from concealment quickly and effectively, engage targets with speed and accountability, and apply practical shooting skills in dynamic environments.
